Мой Блуждающий Огонь (Moy Bluzhdayuschiy Ogon') "My wandering fire Is lost without a trace In a foreign land.", read the lines of an unknown song. The wandering fire really lost without a trace. The song is a Russian pop song, and was probably recorded in 1995. The first mention of the song dates back to December 29th, 1999 by a certain Dmitry Sokolov, who then published an excerpt of the song's lyrics. The search was unsuccessful. The video snippet was first uploaded to Russian social network VKontakte by Aleksandr Aleksandrov (Александр Александров). The user joined the group Good Old NBN, NBN+TVC, Rambler and asked the community whether anyone knew the name of the singer or had the full video. NBN was a TV channel in Russia that served the Saint Petersburg area from 1996 to 2007. Judging by the white "NBN" and "22" logos in the video, the tape was likely recorded in January-March 1996. Snippet was recorded by Aleksandr Aleksandrov after 2008 on Samsung i-900 WiTu (Omnia), and was discovered by him later in 2017. According to the registry of the Russian Authors' Society, the song was written by the composer Viktor Sigal (also known as Viktor Chayka) and the lyricist Viktor Ionov (also known as Viktor Ionov-Dolgusha). The full lyrics were published by Ionov-Dolgusha on his personal page in 2010. On May 17th, 2024, someone registered a YouTube account with the name Irina Kudryavina and claimed that she was the singer in question. She stated that she had worked for NBN in early 1997 and the video was shot by the channel crew just to fill the gaps in the broadcast. "Irina" also named a few locations in St. Petersburg where the video was allegedly shot, adding that she was not the only NBN employee with such music videos. Since her claims didn't seem very specific and her personality was virtually untraceable on the Internet (the only person with such a name seems to have moved to St. Petersburg much later than the video was shot), she was asked to contact one of the investigators directly. However, she declined to provide any further details. There is no confirmation to her story and it's regarded as a possible hoax. On July 16th, 2024, the artist's name was discovered by EugeneRFR and RAS employee as being "Natalya Yablonskaya", but it was not confirmed yet. On July, 31st, 2024, it was fully confirmed by Alexey (jr) and First Music Publishing.Source : https://lostwaves-finest.fandom.com/wiki/Moy_Bluzhdayuschiy_Ogon " Just Passin' By On February 12, 2021 Reddit user u/e-robotic posted the clip on the tipofmytounge
subreddit asking if anyone knew the song. The 3 second clip shows a man named Asif Illyas
with a guitar while someone called Ben Fong sings something along the lines of "I
never thought the world was so easily...." and then shortly cuts off. Also, download Winamp for listening "Just Passin' By". I SAID DOWNLOAD IT. |
